Four Seasons Lodge documentary opening in NYC

The documentary I was a cinematographer on, along with Avi Kastoriano, Justin Schein, and the legendary Albert Maysles, is finally getting its theatrical premier Wednesday, November 11th at the IFC Center in New York City. The film was directed by your favorite New York Times China bureau correspondent, Andrew Jacobs. For more information, visit the film’s website here.

The film centers around a group of Holocaust survivors who, years ago, created a vacation colony in the Catskills. For decades they have convened at the Four Seasons to celebrate their survival, but they may be facing their last summer together. It’s been over three years since we wrapped shooting this documentary and I’ve never seen a cut of the film, so It’s very exciting to say the least.
